基于无线通信的环境数据采集系统设计与实现

介绍一种基于无线通信的环境数据采集系统,该系统以PC机为主机,现场数据采集器为从机,配置FC211/AP无线数传模块构成无线数据传输通路。现场数据采集器以高性能低功耗ATmaga16单片机为核心,将风速、湿度、温度等传感器获取的环境数据,按照无线数据通信协议约定,传输给PC机,经PC机处理之后,以数值和图形方式显示并存储。  相似文献

Theaflavins (TFs) are the dimers of a couple of epimerized catechins, which are specially formed during black tea fermentation. To explore the differences among four main TF derivatives (theaflavin (TF₁), theaflavin-3-gallate (TF₂A), theaflavin-3′-gallate (TF₂B), and theaflavin-3,3′-digallate (TF₃)) in scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) in vitro, their properties of inhibiting superoxide, singlet oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, and the hydroxyl radical, and their effects on hydroxyl radical-induced DNA oxidative damage were systematically analyzed in the present study. The results show that, compared with (−)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), TF derivatives were good antioxidants for scavenging ROS and preventing the hydroxyl radical-induced DNA damage in vitro. TF₃ was the most positive in scavenging hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radical, and TF₁ suppressed superoxide. Positive antioxidant capacities of TF₂B on singlet oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radical, and the hydroxyl radical-induced DNA damage in vitro were found. The differences between the antioxidant capacities of four main TF derivatives in relation to their chemical structures were also discussed. We suggest that these activity differences among TF derivatives would be beneficial to scavenge different ROS with therapeutic potential.  相似文献   

A recessive gene controlling male sterility sensitive to short daylength/low temperature in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

Utilization of a two-line breeding system via photoperiod-thermo sensitive male sterility has a great potential for hybrid production in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). 337S is a novel wheat male sterile line sensitive to both short daylength/low temperature and long daylength/high temperature. Five F₂ populations derived from the crosses between 337S and five common wheat varieties were developed for genetic analysis. All F₁’s were highly fertile while segregation occurred in the F₂ populations with a ratio of 3 fertile:1 sterile under short daylength/low temperature. It is shown that male sterility in 337S was controlled by a single recessive gene, temporarily designated as wptms3. Bulked segregant analysis (BSA) coupled with simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers was applied to map the sterile gene using one mapping population. The wptms3 gene was mapped to chromosome arm 1BS and flanked by Xgwm413 and Xgwm182 at a genetic distance of 3.2 and 23.5 cM, respectively. The accuracy and efficiency of marker-assisted selection were evaluated and proved essential for identifying homozygous recessive male sterile genotypes of the wptms3 gene in F₂ generation.  相似文献

在潘岳、陆机比较批评历史上,王夫之的批评颇具特色。他许以潘岳为俗:从创作内容、创作目的、主体诗气、艺术表现形式等俱是如此。他还认为陆机的诗歌创作以与弟陆云俱入洛为界分为前、后期,前期创作符合王夫之标举的雅的规范,且体现了晋宋风味这种诗美,而后期创作与潘岳一样,体现着俗。由此可知王夫之的潘、陆比较批评乃是早期陆机与潘岳的比较,批评的结果乃是雅、俗之别。如此鸿沟批评在潘、陆比较批评史上为第一次。如此批评也体现着王夫之诗学思想的某些独特性。  相似文献

Meeting the Dual Goals of Content Knowledge and English language learning: A study of the CCUEI curriculum materials

This article reports a study on the China-Canada-United States English Immersion (CCUEI) Moral Education and Social Studies (MESS) curriculum materials for elementary classes (Grades 3–6) with the aim of learning how the curriculum addressed the dual goals of MESS content and English language learning. An analysis comparing the CCUEI third grade MESS textbook with an equivalent level Chinese textbook demonstrates how China’s national standards in MESS and English education can be met, and drawbacks encountered in the process. The CCUEI textbook was found to embrace grade level MESS content standards, but showed a varied degree of depth of content across standards. The textbook addressed all of the general goals of Level One English language learning (Grades 3–4) and most of the language skills indicators (16 out of 20). An additional in-depth teacher survey provided a user’s perspective on MESS materials. The teachers rated the textbook highly for its activity-centered format and knowledge-rich content. They emphasized the importance of teaching English language as preparation for the MESS content teaching, and asked for more systematic support in language teaching from curriculum materials.  相似文献

A quantitative method to evaluate the amounts of heavy metals in river sediments is established. Using the BT Drainage River in North China as a study object, six representative cross sections were selected for measurement of heavy metal indicators in sediments, and then the main contamination indicators were determined by performing a potential ecological risk assessment. Using a section of this river as an example, the total amounts of the main pollution indicators and those of their harmful forms are estimated by the Surfer software, which simulates the pollution status within the downstream sediments of the outfall at this section. The calculation results could provide a theoretical guideline and data support for pollution treatment of the BT Drainage River.  相似文献
